Our Trainer Chad’s love for Dog Training started at age 15, thanks to his grandfather .His German Shepherd Bear started training with the help of a professional obedience trainer. Through this Chad met a number of canine handlers who gave him the opportunity to participate in their training scenarios.
Chad’s passion for working with dogs landed him a volunteer position with the County Sherriff’s office for 4 years. In his career, Chad began working with the K-9 teams at training and eventually earning a position as a K9 handler at Lake Wales Police Department. After being assigned 8-month-old Police K-9 Dog “Badge” a Belgian Malinois, Chad went on to great success on the streets, and even greater success in competition.
We offer Basic Obedience Board and Train (on-leash) and Advanced Obedience Board and Train (on and off-leash), along with standard Boarding services.
Our Board and Train programs are designed to teach precise obedience and behavior modification. They foster clear communication between you and your dog, making daily interactions more enjoyable and less stressful.
The program includes all necessary training equipment (e.g., prong collars, e-collars), two nights of free boarding, lifetime boarding and daycare at discounted rates, one follow-up training session, and lifetime unlimited remote support.
Dogs are kept in individual Ruffland crates at night and during nap times. They enjoy structured outdoor time, play sessions, and routine walks. Boarded dogs for 7 nights or longer receive a complimentary bath.
Upon completion of the training program, clients receive hands-on instruction on how to effectively use the commands, manage leash walking, and operate an e-collar. This ensures that the transition from our facility to your home is smooth and that you feel confident continuing the training and practices established during your dog’s stay.
